  Dunkin’ Donuts has sure come a long way since the last time I visited, but they’re slower than molasses. 15 minutes for a regular coffee. come on. More like Paddock Lake crawls on Dunkin. Coffee wasn’t even that great. I’ll stick with Panera.

  Okay so this place used to be amazing and had great service and has gone so insanely down hill. I just stood in this Dunkin for literally 30 minutes and they didn't even start making my order (I assume my order didn't go through so I talked to the staff, it in fact did go through and they were just ignoring us.) one of the girls continued to make drinks for people who came in after me (it seemed like she clearly knew them) and also continued to make them the wrong order I literally hear her say to a kid, "oh... This was supposed to be decaf, oh well you're drinking it" like what?? I'm sorry that's not how it works you need to actually do your job and do it right. Then eventually we talked to her and just asked if we could have a refund, because they made my sister's drink and it came out wrong, and cold specifically when she ordered a hot drink. They gave us a refund but had zero empathy and acted like we were the problem. They also didnt even apologize at all. I would just save your troubles and not waste your time here it's really not worth it. I usually don't write reviews but this place sucks with their new staff they really need to hire better people.

  The food does taste good. The problem is that there isn't enough available. I have gone 3 different times within the last 2 months and the doughnuts that I ordered via the app were not available when I got the pickup. 1 order was for munchkins at 8a on a weekday; how do you not have a Dunkin signature item? On my last visit, at 930a weekday, there wasn't a crueller or the Halloween signature available. Everyone is very nice and polite regarding the situation, offering other items or a refund, but that only goes so far when you and the kids are expecting to have a treat; especially when it occurs multiple times. I wouldn't be as upset if the app didn't allow me to order the items so having that figured out may be the right solution.

  The service is not great. I had to wait 4 minutes after my friend ordered food, then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes before we got our drinks. Not to mention my drink is completely filled with ice and almost gone after 3 sips. After my friend went up there to ask for my sandwich turns out they weren’t even making it. Their service is terrible and the employees aren’t nice, asking for a sandwich and an employee got an attitude about it. I paid $7 for a sandwich I wouldn’t have gotten if my friend didn’t go up to ask about it. I am definitely not coming back.
