  closest dunkin to us, so we go out of convinience sometimes. food & drinks are always made bad, if they even remember to give us our order. workers suck and always have attitude. would rather drive to the interstate or antioch at this point

  I was the only person in the store and no one in the drive thru. 3 employees and I still had to wait. Then the cash drawer was not properly set up.

  Avoid this location at all costs! I tried to give them my business many times and I don’t know why I keep going back. Today was the last straw. I ordered via the mobile app which is what I normally do. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and refresher. I got there and my order had already been placed for about ten minutes. I walked in and there were about 10 people in the store it looked like waiting for orders. I stood there for five minutes until the girl at the counter who looked like she was miserable finally asked me my name. She made my drink while I was standing there and said just waiting on the sandwich. I asked her if I could please have my drink( they keep them all behind the counter so you can’t even grab it). her response to me was no I have to wait for your completed order. WHAT?! Absolutely ridiculous. Then I see the small blond girl in the back making sandwiches and she is by herself. She had about ten sandwiches piled up and continues to make sandwiches. This went on for another 5 minutes before I politely asked the girl at the counter how much longer my order would be. This is all I said and the girl in the back making the food YELLED at me saying I am trying my best! Excuse me? All I asked the girl at the counter how much longer it would be? I don’t think this was an unreasonable question given I ordered my food 20 minutes ago at this point. It took my 25 minutes to get one drink and one breakfast sandwich, meanwhile countless drive thru customers were served in a timely manner. Some suggestions: bag food so you don’t have ten customers standing in your store waiting instead of piling up at least ten sandwiches and then bagging them for waiting customers. I would suggest you have a conversation with your employees about the general attitude of the kids working at this store. When my order was ready, She threw it on the counter didn’t say my name didn’t say thank you just threw it on the counter and walked away. Go to the Kenosha location attached to the Shell on HWY 50 and save yourself some aggravation. They are much faster and very nice there. Never again. You lost a neighborhood customer today.
