The doors were locked but 2 employees were in there. They looked but would not come over. The sign said the lobby closed at 8PM. Online stated that the store closes at 8 PM. I called and was told that the lobby closes at 7:45 PM but the drive through is open. I go to the drive through to order the sundae and they say no, you can only get coffee. Unbelievable!

They can only give me a cake they have already cause there is only one lady that makes it. Now that’s about 5 days no one could call and say we can’t accommodate that order so I could go to another place. And on top of that it’s not even free they’re just swapping it. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
