- MMMariJan 5, 20264.0I love this subway, its always really well kept and the staff is nice, even when you come in minutes before closing time. But today, we came in at 9 and the guy working who’s name I’m pretty sure is Jake, and he had the WORST attitude I have ever experienced. My boyfriend was waiting on me to use the bathroom and told him he wasn’t ready to order yet because he was waiting for me and Jake proceeded to have attitude with him. Then when I was out there and pointed to the type of chicken I wanted Jake proceeded to get this horrible attitude with me and raised his voice as he asked me what type of chicken, even though i was literally pointing at it, and then proceeded to list all of them off. Then when he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no, he got MORE attitude with me and was like “okay whatever.” I have genuinely not seen this bad of attitude from a worker here before. I’m sorry that you’re balding and seem to be pissed off about that, but that does not mean to take it out on customers!!
