Had a bad feeling walking in door and heard front counter staff openly arguing about job duties and who needed to leave earlier. Didn't feel any better when I noticed the new stainless hood that now blocks customer's view of food being prepped. Should have trusted my gut and turned right around before ordering. Wasted $9.

Everyone has to start out somewhere, so remember to give people a chance, they won't be super fast but they need to learn. We all had a great laugh while my large order was being prepared. Great work everyone!
