I called to get an update on my order that was 2 hours late and she basically told me tough luck, they don’t have a driver. I can either come pick it up or cancel. You’d think if you don’t have a driver you would contact a customer to let them know… absolutely terrible. Manager was incredibly rude and should not work with people ever again. Obviously she’s also an incompetent scheduler or she’d have a driver on a Friday night.

Cold pizza and overcooked chicken on the buffet. Considering we were there during prime dinner hours the buffet was not well stocked. Some of the food looked like it was still there from the noon hour.
