I ordered a grilled cheese, and it was served cold with thick, hard cheese that wasn’t even melted. When I asked for it to be remade, the employees complained about having to make a new sandwich right in front of me. Completely unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Panera. Definitely not happy with this experience.
