  The worst experience ive ever had, terrible terrible service, i sat at the register waiting in line for 15 minutes while there was workers just sitting and chatting by the take out orders and they both saw me and continued to chat on top of that when i did get to order the worker said "what do you want." like are you kidding me?? And then when i recieved my food at my table i totally forgot to ask for ketchup so i asked the worker if i could get some and that i was really sorry for the inconvience and she scolded me and said i shouldve asked for some when ordering and said that it was an inconvience and that i was being rude for asking. My jaw was literally on the ground and the cherry on top was that me and 4 of my friends ALL got food poisoning that day and the next and yesterday my friend hannah who didnt eat with us the week prior also got food poisoning. I have never experienced such pain while on the toilet. So if youre in the area and want to eat somewhere literally eat anywhere else than this hellhole of a mcdonalds🫩

  Went there to get a large 10 piece nugget meal with a regular coke and had the fries missing, the nuggets were cold and stale and given the wrong soda. My fiance got a double quarter pounder meal large with a diet coke and he was given the wrong soda. It is very dangerous for someone with diabetes given a regular soda with all that sugar. They never get orders right and their food is always cold. Too many little high school kids working who dont care about anything but goofing off inside. Drive through lines are always long with a long wait just to place a order. Definitely dont recommend this mcdonalds for anyone.

  Longest wait time of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter if there’s 1 person in front of you, it will somehow take them 45 minutes to make a single item. Half of their menu is usually unavailable and the dining room is never open. When it is, it’s absolutely filthy. This location should close permanently if staffing is such an issue. Instead of having three poorly run locations, downsize to one that actually functions.

  Just turn off some of your ordering channels if you’re that short staffed. I mean honestly. If you can’t make that many orders then management could at least make an attempt to control the situation. Who thinks it’s a good idea to make someone wait 45 minutes for something they ordered ahead of time? I would’ve preferred not being able to order at all if you can’t handle the volume. Awful management choices. I’m not even exaggerating, ordered at 12:18, arrived at about 12:40 (took my sweet time getting there because I know it’s lunch and it’s going to be busy), just now got home at about 1:18. Lowkey, kinda my fault for ordering McDonalds and having any kind of expectations.

  This is the 10th and last time now. This McDonalds is BEYOND awful. From 2/3rds of the employees being rude and incompetent to the food just NEVER being right and at this point, I think it's blatant. My kids wanted no onions on their burgers and that's what the slips even say but each burger has a deliberate amount of onions on the bottom buns. Every burger. The line is always so long and the wait is always at least 10+ minutes so it's never even worth going in or back through the line because the staff will be down right rude to you. I used to go here for breakfast every week day morning and I literally drive all the way across town to stay away from this place. I will no longer be going to this Jackson street McDonalds. This has been way too many times.
