I put my order in on the app 20 mins before I got to the Jackson st location and they still had us wait more than 10 mins while 3 other cars got their food right away

Ashley the girl with purple hair with extremely rude because we said the bathrooks stunk, maybe if you put ur workers to work instead of letting them come to work with GAP hoodies and bonnets the bathroom would be nice, also getting mad at teenagers. 0 stars do better

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, nearly everything was wrong. The nuggets and fries were old and stale, my McDouble had pickles even though I asked for none, and the soda that was supposed to have no ice was full of melted ice from sitting so long.
What made it worse was how the order was handled — they cleared it off the screen almost immediately after I placed it, even though it clearly wasn’t ready. During that time, multiple drive-thru orders were being handled quickly while several lobby customers, myself included, were left waiting.
At the end of the day, your order times don’t mean a thing if the food you’re serving is poor quality. It’s understandable to prioritize speed, but completely neglecting in-store customers and serving low-quality, inaccurate food is unacceptable. Management needs to take a serious look at how orders are being handled and ensure both dine-in and drive-thru guests are treated with equal care and attention.

I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years and generally have a lot of respect for the brand, but the McDonald’s on Jackson Street is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single visit, without fail, takes forever. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or completely empty, the wait times are ridiculous.
The service is painfully slow, the organization is nonexistent, and it’s clear there’s a major management issue here. Whoever owns or operates this location needs serious oversight or to have their franchise rights reviewed entirely. This store is a complete embarrassment to the McDonald’s name.

Literally do not go here. Choose any other McDonald’s in Oshkosh and you will have a better experience. It’s Halloween and I get that It’s extremely busy, but my husband just left after waiting over an hour. He went through the drive-through and ordered items for my family and I and they left out half of our order. He went inside and told them and the workers first response was “don’t you see how busy we are”. My husband and I have both worked in service before so we get that but how dare you say that to a customer that you left out half of their food that they paid for. They then told him it would be 20 minutes to get two burgers, chicken nuggets, and fry. After 30 minutes, they came out with a bag with only the chicken nuggets and the fries, missing the two burgers he told them, and The worker said “well I put them out so I must’ve given them to someone else then”. My husband immediately just left, again it’s Halloween and it’s busy, but we go here often and we have had issues almost every single time. Management needs to step in and do something because this is ridiculous at this point.
