After almost an hour, I called the store to make sure that the order was received. They advised that the order was received and was done, but they were waiting for a driver. I waited about 30 minutes and called Fazoli's back to cancel the order as it had been over an hour and a half since we ordered and we still did not have our food, but I understood it was not Fazoli's fault for this. Matthew was kind enough to offer us coupons to use for a later date due to the inconvenience. I thanked him and anticipated for our food to come the next day. Shortly after Matthew called letting me know that the driver arrived, they were re-making our food so it was fresh and also provided the coupons he mentioned before.

I have called multiple times and was told it was an issue with their card processor and that they had multiple people contact them with the same issue. They took down my information and said that I should get a refund on my card, but a month later still nothing. I called again to see what was going on with the situation and basically gave me the same ring around and took my information again and still no refund. My meal that was $34 turned into being $68 because I can’t seem to get my refund back of the $34. I asked if I could just get my refunded money back to me in cash cause I’m sick of this ring around and said they can’t do a cash refund but they could give me some free coupons for some appetizers, I want my money back not “free coupons” I don’t recommend coming here unless you wanna pay double the cost.
