He was very unhelpful and very disrespectful, especially towards customers trying to purchase something in his establishment. he was very rude and very unwilling to help in a situation that was not my fault and continuously blamed me for the situation like it was my fault. Saying things like “this is not my problem” which is Understandably not his job, but it would have been nice to have some guidance and common decency in this situation. Overall, I think as a store manager, you should be willing to help people who are trying to purchase from your establishment.
