I ordered a regular ice cream and then ordered the dubai Sundae. The guy working said he would have to ask his manager how to make it but that shouldn't be a problem. Well, it was. They didn't have the pistachio dubai icecream out so the young man went to look for it at the direction of the manager. About 5 minutes later he comes out and says he can't find it because of how the freezer was stocked . I explained how we changed out dinner plans to specifically come and try the new dubai Sundae. The manager was busy with the drive through and did nothing to help find the icecream. He actually seemed very annoyed by my ordering it even though its the new flavor of the month. Basically said too bad. So I had asked what they would have done had I placed a mobile order? The manager then replied back that he would have had to go find the ice cream then. I stated to him that because I was in the building ordering he didn't have to go find it?? At this point I was paying for the regular ice cream we ordered when the manager said that he could go find it but I'd have to wait longer. I told him forget it since I was already paying. I left extremely disappointed and upset with the lack of customer service provided, even after I stated how we changed our dinner plans so we could come and try the ice cream. This isn't the first negative experience I've had at this location but it will definitely be my last as I will not be going here anymore.
