The manager was extremely rude and spoke so harshly that my daughter was left crying. She is a child. There is no excuse—holiday stress or not—for a grown adult in a management position to treat a child this way. This completely ruined what should have been a happy family moment on Christmas Eve. Customer service is clearly lacking, and the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how families are treated, especially children, then something needs to seriously change. I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses it immediately so no other child or family has to experience this sooo sad
