I went Culver's after that and they took my coupons just fine! You lost a customer! The hospitality and customer service has lacked in the last year. You did better during covid shut down! Won't be back!!!

O was wanting to get my 9 year old daughter a kids meal. When I got there the meal was more than what I had and I had to cancel the blizzard I ordered. Brandon said if he could he would’ve bought it and I assured him that’s kind but not necessary. Ask me to pull forward and a few minutes later came to the car with my daughter’s meal and a blizzard. He told me he was able to get an approval from his manager and wanted my daughter to enjoy it. Brandon, you’re AWESOME buddy! Thank you for making my daughter’s day! She devoured the blizzard! YOU ROCK BUDDY! Give him a raise management. FOR REAL!
