- BBBrandon BarbeauAug 17, 20252.0Literally done going here, every time I’ve went here I’ve either ordered online or walked in, they never have the one flavor I like which is the just plain jamocha. Not jamocha almond fudge. Literally never not even in the to go pints. If you don’t have it don’t put it on the damn menu. So I go to order today, the jamocha and what my wife wanted. I go in and of course they don’t have my flavor. So I ask for vanilla instead, just plain vanilla no syrup or anything and the guy even asks to clarify, so I say no chocolate or anything just the vanilla, what does he do? Puts chocolate on it. I just don’t get it. He was nice though.
- IIIseeyouJul 30, 20251.0Ordered ice cream yesterday, and the person was having a difficult time scooping and working the register. Dropped a medium ice cream container into one of the ice creams. I figured maybe it was their first day and stopped by today after work to see if service was better . Different person served cream today but also had a difficult time scooping ice cream. Pulled the container out to scoop and in the process scrapped the freezer sides a lot along with dropping the bottom of the container into the ice cream behind the daiquiri ice-cream. Once she put the container back I saw how much freezer ice was in the bucket and noticed that the icecream that was dropped into yesterday still had remnets of the container that fell into it yesterday. Same person from yesterday was at the register for the dunkin side. Still had extreme difficulty at the register. Everyone should look up the Dunkin reviews since it seems all the negative reviews only seem to be posted on the Dunkin Google maps.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
