We ordered $55 dollars worth of Ice Cream and a Polar Pizza for my child’s celebration, which was ruined because we didn’t receive the polar pizza, we didn’t have enough desert to serve. I spoke to the Regional Supervisor Matthew Besant immediately after receiving only half of my order and a receipt that he confirmed over the phone he marked which reads “Out of Polar Pizza” and “Out of Nuts” which I still have. He proceeds to give me a fake number and tells me to contact him if I cannot reach a resolve it through the apps l I’ve been texting a random number who he led me to believe was his own to no avail. I was not able to recieve a credit from Uber Eats for my missing goods, the system couldn’t understand his handwriting and I have proof of that as well. That wasn’t professional at all and it’s baffling to me that this is the Regional Supervisor, how? He isn’t even capable of solving minor issues with customers, instead he leaves them feeling more dissatisfied than the original cause.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
