You come in to order and wait 10 minutes before somebody walks up to the register and ask what you would like to order, then she walks away again 3 seconds after you told her about your order, but she never entered your order in the computer. A different worker then comes to the register and asks you the same question, what would you like to order today? The first Dairy queen employee who was supposed to take your order but walked away starts playing with her phone. Put your phone down and help your customers. You are getting paid to work, not play with your phone and ignore your customers. Also, the workers touching and putting customers food in bags should be wearing gloves, but they do it bare handed and touch their nose, or their phone at the same time. This is very unsanitary.

Fast and the young man behind the counter was friendly and got our order in and we didn’t feel rushed. Only downside was a lot of the tables were dirty. Otherwise would recommend this place.
