- RRRyanMar 25, 20261.0They gave us a salad with rotten lettuce, so we asked for a refund for the salad. We paid with a card and they refused to refund it back to the card. The employee was the most unprofessional I've ever experienced, called us liars and said we're being rude and difficult because we wouldn't drive back and sit in drive thru again for a cash refund (after working a 12 hour shift and with a newborn at home). I was a customer for 30 years. Never again. I'll include a photo of that lettuce your employee said we were lying about. Edit: ah yes the generic response...I've already contacted your "fan relations", it solved nothing. Done with you.

EDIT: Benefit of the doubt I ordered again, they once again forgot half my order in the bag despite being on the printed receipt. Reading and looking in the bag should be the bare minimum and if I could rate lower than zero I would. Genuinely talk to your employees because its getting ridiculous and a 3.6 star rating is honestly generous at this point
