  The raspberry chai tea latte was delicious, better than Scooters, but the strawberry smoothie and raspberry truffle macchiato were ok. The music was WAY TOO LOUD, especially for a drive thru. The staff were very friendly and fast with our drinks, which I always appreciate, especially since it was our first time. I'll be back to try again.

  The first time we went there the service was great and the line flowed well. However the second time, the person taking out order was rude and short. The first lane moved and the second line waited for 30 minutes. And you can’t change lanes or just leave because they take your order and you pay. So we were stuck. Then they gave us our drink and didn’t say which is which or mark them. Which could be an issue if someone has a dairy allergy or needs sugar free, etc. Over all the second experience was not it.

  Waited over two hours in line after ordering and paying for my drink. If I didn’t pay, I would’ve left. One line was moving at a normal pace, and the other wasn’t moving at all.

  7 brew is amazing, but for some reason the staff at oshkosh are a little too over the top sometimes lol. I get what they’re trying to do with being energetic and talkative but when you’re sick or not feeling like chatting it is kind of a hassle to be bombarded with small talk and questions of the day when i just want to get my coffee and leave

  I agree with what another person said. The service and drink prep here is SUB PAR and below average. dont bother asking for caramel or chocolate drizzle. They hardly add any and seem stingy with it. Idk. The wait times are significantly longer than any other 7 brew I’ve been too. I know it’s newer and can be busy but waiting 20 mins in line for one drink is crazy lol. Giving some grace though because I know it’s probably younger people working, and other than that the coffee is decent.
