Short staffed - waitress complaining about workers establishment. Food took over an hour to get and was either overdone or raw. Sad because it used to be such a great place to go

The bartender Stephanie was the absolute worst service worker I have ever dealt with in my life. 90 minutes later after ordering we got a burnt pizza and a hockey puck for a burger with a half a piece of burnt cheese. Kids food. Another 15 minutes went by and finally I asked another waitress (Jordan) to help us. She was great. Unfortunately the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered nachos. I waited an 1:45 minutes for nachos!!!!! The owners should really consider promoting the people that work for them and cut the dead weight. Stephanie would make a great anchor. My last time at tippy canoes ever. They comped the whole bill which was at least something but they should’ve paid me to eat that garbage and for that garbage service. I’d like to add to my review that I contacted Jason the owner as he asked. He was very apologetic and seemed to genuinely appreciate the info and was eager to make it right and correct the issue. That means something! We will give them another try!
