  Worst pizza ranch to ever exist. The last 4 times Ive gone in for lunch the buffet is empty hardly anything to eat. Today I orderd food to be delivered at 1155 to actually get the food I want. 20min past then I call to see where it was and the guy said hes on his way. Another 10min goes by. I call again only to hear someone in the background say you havent left yet? This place will no longer get my business and I wouldnt care if they went outa business.

  One pizza was never made and once we got home we realized that it was a medium and we ordered both pizzas large. The crust was done but very floppy and light colored on the bottom. We wont return.

  0/5 stars absolute vile. Never in my life have a written a review about a restaurant but this one is too bad not too. First off all employees were high out of their minds walking around like they didn’t know what was going on. Tables were sticky and still had scraps of food on them. ALLLLLLL of the food was old and crusty. The chicken was slimy, the noodles were crunchy, gravely was coagulated, and the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for DAYS! I just spent the last bit of spending money I had trying to take my family out for a nice meal and guess what, we’re all going to get food poisoning, including my one year old. Thanks Pizza Ranch. I want a refund immediately. PS your game room is stupid, you should have kept the basketball court.

  I wish I could rate 0 stars. If you’re seeing this, DO NOT EAT HERE! PLEASE! Firstly, all food in the buffet was genuinely lukewarm or downright cold. I could understand a slight temperature problem from it being slow, but these were DANGEROUSLY out of a food safe temperature. I can promise you, having worked in food, someone WILL get sick. Secondly, there were almost no tables available that weren’t sticky and no high chairs or booster seats because they “just got rid of them”. Not to mention, all employees we came across seemed high out of their mind, with no name tags or hairnets in site. The manager was even sitting on the floor scrolling his phone by the entryway after bragging to my husband about his promotion (big mistake Pizza Ranch!) And, to top it all off, the lukewarm food wasn’t even tasty. The chicken was slimy, the pasta noodles almost chipped my tooth off and somehow the fries were burnt from sitting in the burner so long. I’ve never had a worse experience going out to eat EVER, and I’m generally not a very picky person. But eating here, I wasted $40 for food that will probably get me, my husband, and my ONE YEAR OLD sick. Please close this location for the general public’s safety, or find a new general manager pronto. And a refund please!

  In response to a VERY inaccurate review by Jean Bruggink. That was not the case at all, in fact I was there that day as well. There was a huge line of kids going all the way back to the almost past the booths. They were loud and kids were rough housing while in line. What I did hear was an employee tell them that the table would have all the pepperoni, cheese, ranch sticks and desserts on it and anything else would be on the buffet. They never said that was the only thing they could have. What you failed to mention is that the employee said we just want to make sure all their guest were accommodated. After all it was Wednesday, which is Senior day and they were looking out for all the seniors already there trying to enjoy their meal. As quick as those pizzas were brought out they were devoured and the pizza were replenished instantly. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Heath code violation, I think not, they weren’t out there long enough. As a Mom and being there with my kids during all of that, Job Very Well Done!!!! Like to see Jean try and do that job! So might want to get your facts straight before you decide to go on a site and start bashing. By the way, take a good look at your son’s picture. What do you not see, that’s right, all the kids were pretty much gone by that time and that employee was over cleaning up all of those kids and Jeans sons mess. So get your facts straight cause I’m pretty sure Jean wasn’t even there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be returning for another Great Experience!
