- SASteve AnderlDec 24, 20252.0Typically we, our daughter and our grandsons enjoy visiting Pizza Ranch locations for a quick and easy meal. Unfortunately, on 12/23/25 @ 7 to 8 pm was not one of them. Upon entering it took over 5 minutes and 3 times ringing the bell to get someone's attention at the front counter. Our group requested 2 made to order pizzas. First one took 10 minutes to arrive although we one of only 4 tables seated. Second pizza never arrived and we found out after 20 minutes waiting that it had been placed directly on the buffet. No cactus bread or chocolate chip cookie were on the buffet, so we asked and only got a shoulder shrug.

Her name was Zoey and she told us that no one else bothered to show up to work that day. She did an outstanding job meeting our needs with a smile and grace. She deserves a giant raise for running the place alone! When we left about 3:30 pm there was another employee who showed up. It’s dangerous for 1 person to be left alone to run a restaurant. I hope you find away to fix this in the future.
- KSKylee SDec 13, 20255.0had lunch here on Saturday the 13th of December. I didn’t catch her name but the young lady with long dark hair who was working deserves a raise! She was the only one who had showed up to her shift, working every end of the restaurant by herself, from getting people checked in, preparing the food, and cleaning the tables. The seating area and buffet area was kept neat and clean. She was friendly, had a positive attitude towards the customers, was working hard, and very attentive to what was happening in the kitchen area as well as the seating area.
