All silverware, bowls, and condiments were also missing somehow. Hard to find a clean cup as well. Lots of customers were disappointed in their meal here. I certainly want to support this local franchise, but cannot recommend for the amount of money paid. Hope the product improves!

Pizza and chicken stations were struggling to stay filled. Waited nearly 30 mins for my special requested pizza to come out. I understand this location may be short-staffed, but help is needed desperately from the higher ups. Poor planning for a busy Saturday night dinner. The workers did the best they could, so I give them credit. But Pizza Ranch corporate needs to help this location out ASAP!
