  I went today to pickup my mom food, I had ordered half a salad and a cup of soup. There was two cars ahead of me and after they left, I was the only one. I waited for my food for a half an hour after waiting in line a decent amount of time, numerous people looked at me but nobody checked on me, and after waiting a half hour got asked to pull forward after waiting for this long. This was awful and I will not be coming back.

  Absolutely delicious! I tried the online order option for my afternoon meal. 1) Site was easy to use, easy to modify, easy checkout. 2) Order was on time! 3) Seriously, best salad I have had in a LONG time from anywhere I go. I ordered the Chicken Santa Fe Salad with the new Dragonfruit Energy Refresher and my taste buds are having a party! 4) Environment relaxing and clean. Staff lovely!

  The front didn't give us an option for sides, didnt know how to sign me up for rewards. Got our soup in their bread bowls and thwy were both cold and equivalent to maybe a ladle of soup. More like a cup than a bowl really. They used American cheese for my kids grilled cheese which was also served cold. Baby feeding chair was filthy, we had to clean it entirely before setting our kid in. No liners for the baby changing table in the bathroom and the worker just ignored me as I said something. For $45 I expected a better experience. Never again.

  I went through the drive thru and Ethan helped me. I asked if there was cheese on the Chicken Salad and he said no, with confusion. I then pull away and I could hear him tell someone else “she just asked if there was cheese” in a judgement tone. He wasn’t very nice at the window and once I got my food I realized that it wasn’t a salad that I got, I got the chicken sandwich. By this time, I was already home so I wasn’t going to go back just to get terrible service again.

  An older lady took our order, I forget her name, but she was just the sweetest thing. Kind, respectful, patient with our multiple orders as we came in with separate groups. Accidentally, she closed out the register, and the shift lead came over in a huff. The older lady was apologetic, kind, and handled the simple mistake beautifully. The manager/shift lead however did not, holding no grace for the worker while taking a confusing order. Makes me question the way they treat staff in general.
