  Ordered delivery at 1132 for lunch for me and my daughter before work. Two easy cold sandwiches for the new 8 99 deal. Food left store at 1159. Come 1230 no food. I call and was told food was on way and driver had 5 deliverys.. mm okay. I live 10 mins away from the freaking store. .. Come 1245 still no food. And I have to be at work at one.. Well long story short food comes at 1252. So almost an hour in the car. My drink was watered down and bread soggy.. not to mention I was now running late to work. I had to eat in my car And I was offered no apologies or compensation... I won't be ordering anytime soon I'm very upset and angry with my un freaky fast service

  If you like standing there waiting for your food while they make food for the invisible people in the store, this is the place for you. If you believe if first come first serve, this isnt the place for you.

  I love jimmy Johns. However this past Friday I ordered from the Onalaska wi location at 8:42 pm and I thought they closed at 10 pm. They never delivered my food and drink. Contacted them and they won't do shit. The manager i talk to said she will get back to me soon as she talks to the manager who was working that night. I want my $16 dollars refunded!
