I even go back and tell them my sandwich is the wrong one or I got someone else’s order and then get handed another version with different ingredients and toppings. I ordered the wake up blt and neither sandwich has arugula on them, and the first one didn’t even have tomatoes.

The store was not busy either, so that was not the reason. I could see the employees standing around inside. Finally got our food --bread bowl just thrown in the bag loose which seemed weird. Absolutely no utensils or napkins, despite having mac and cheese and soup in our order. Not at all impressed and will not be coming back to this location. When I went in to get the utensils there was plenty of employees there... so not sure why everything was SO SLOW and the service SO BAD.

I waited 15 minutes to get to the window to pay, no idea how long they ended up waiting. I asked how much longer and they said probably 10 minutes. I just left. I've went to actual restaurants and haven't waited that long. I keep giving this place a shot every 6 months to a year and it's always a disappointment. That'll be my last time.
