  Consistenly waiting for food. Why have a drive through if there 20 minute waits? Cannot get out of line to leave without hopping curbs.

  GREATEST PANERA ON THE PLANET!!!!! Evening staff on Sunday, 11/16 were the most compassionate, welcoming, and accommodating people. Food was AMAZING, and the experience was absolutely unbeatable. Restaurant was clean, everything came out perfect, all of the staff was pleasant and went above and beyond to make our trip to Panera unforgettable. 10/10 - highly recommend!!!!

  I approached the drive-through behind one car who was already at the pick-up window. I had to wait more than 5 minutes before even just ordering. I ordered a bowl of soup with a baguette. That's it. I waited another 10 minutes to get my soup, which was then luke-warm at best. The car at the window had a large bag of items. Why they didn't have them pull up and wait for their large order? I don't understand. The drive-through always takes forever, and it's not like you can leave (you're trapped in the line). In addition to being luke-warm, the chicken wild rice soup was awful. I've had this many times, and it didn't taste anything like normal - there were weird chunks of spinach and different things in it. I will not be returning.

  The food is fine, but the service there is just unfortunately not great. It seems like a lot of the workers do not last long and the ones that are there are always confused and seem like they are struggling. It’s almost every time i go there my food is incorrect or is missing items. It takes at least 10 minutes for their drive-thru which i would be fine with if it wasn't clear quality checks NEVER are happening. Food is SO EXPENSIVE for most of the ingredients being premade and delivered from sysco. Ive had cups of soup literally served to me in open lid cups and fall over in the bag and go everywhere, ive been given other peoples food, ive waited in line for 10 minutes and then told they don't have my items AFTER waiting. I could honestly go on and on but I think my message is clear. I truly dont think its the employees but a manager issue as, for some unknown reason, ive gone here a lot over the years and im constantly let down every time.

  Food was decent, but the drive through took a solid half hour. No one came to check on us at the window. There was no advance warning that they were short-staffed and the wait was long. They just left us hanging in the car. Through the drive through window, one cook was seen eating a sandwich and going back to prepping food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. One sandwich was room temperature by the time we got it, and one item was requested without cheese, but came with cheese still on it.
