    Food was good, think there was maybe 2 people working in the whole place. Restaurant was dirty, trays with dishes sitting on tables and floor needed a good sweeping and mopping.

    Food was super hot and fresh. Great customer service and place was clean. Only complaint is that it was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Would definitely eat here again!

    Love the lunch deal. Was still warm even after a 10 minute drive home. Beri does a great job at drive thru, and the extra breadsticks is always a win.

    I’ve always loved everything about Fazoli’s. I met Beck last summer when she was a regular associate, and when I saw she had been promoted to manager, I asked if she remembered me. Coming in today, right before Thanksgiving, she gave me the best service. The food, the atmosphere, and her kindness made the whole experience feel special. The kitchen staff also deserves recognition for working hard and putting so much care into the food and presentation. My family and I truly felt the love in everything we received. Beck, congratulations again on your promotion — there’s so much room for growth, and you’re clearly shining in your role. And Lisa, the general manager, thank you for maintaining such a welcoming Fazoli’s over the years. It still feels like home.
