  Me and my friend went through the drive through 12/22/25 around 1 pm and the man at the drive through first of all he didn’t even say hello to me at all when I pulled up to the speaker just “go ahead with the order” and that’s not that deep, then he said “speak up” also not that deep but just overall not nice what so ever then when I pulled up to the window this man actually said nothing to me not a single word. I have always had a good experience at this Taco Bell but this made me not want to go here.

  Went there today for lunch through the drive thru for the 1st time in years, and I regret it so much. First, the guy said they only took card, because "their drawer was sticking and wouldn't open." Then he gave me a diet pepsi that tested like garbage/with barely any syrup and told me to pull forward. Sat in the drive-thru for 25+mins, and called them, while sitting there about the coke being out of syrup, and a very rude lady, after yelled at me on the phone, said she was gonna send a lemonade with my order and that they only had 2 people currently working today. Once the order came, they forgot the lemonade. The guy went inside to grab it, and came back with plain water. When I told him it was supposed to be a lemonade, he said "their lemonade was a light pink, that's why it looked so clear. " It was definitely water. So, I parked, went inside, got ignored by everyone. Told them they have me water and went ahead and tried filling in the soda. There was no ice in the lobby machines and every single soda I tried was empty. The guy finally came out and gave me some peach drink that also tasted terrible. The food tasted old and the cinnamon twists weren't even half way full. They never gave me a receipt, so I can't do a survey online. I would avoid this location. They are understaffed and the workers that are actually there obviously don't have a clue what is going on, nor care. Disappointed!

  They barely put anything in my tacos 3/4 of it are just air. I tried calling to reach to ask what the hell is going on I got a hello then I asked for management and they immediately hung up. it's not worth the 68.00 the I paid for this doordash can I ask why are the tacos completely almost empty and he said to take it to doordash because they delivered it this location is unacceptable the negligence of the management is sad please don't order from here you're wasting your money.

  it sucks when you go during the day and the food is right and good and you order the SAME thing a night and it's wrong and nasty. $25 for 2 wrong burritos.
