They skip ingredients on app and tiny portion sizes. The lady in purple hair (i assume manager?) is always pissed off and snarky to everyone. She mean mugs everyone and mad you wanna order anything. Shes real snappy for no reason. Happy to order from Chipotle soon instead! Tired of the lady and just want the right ingredients what i payed for. I don’t think Chipotle will think i’m an inconvenience.

This location is the worst. The last few times we have picked up an order from here, there have been issues. Customer service is terrible. No one acknowledges you and they all seem super annoyed that they have to make food for you. Definitely will not be going to this location anymore once Chipotle opens. I hope they do a better job.

Cooperate needs to review this location sadly. I'm not the type to complain about resteraunts or write bad reviews, but after coming here for years my last visit really disappointed me. I order the same thing everytime I come here and have watched the servings steadily go down, until today when I order my normal burrito like always, mind you, normally a double protein burrito with multiple toppings is massive and a 2 sitting meal. The burrito I received today was smaller then my hand. Totally disappointed me after opening my bag, after driving back home.(my order was online pickup in store) others have voiced concerns with this location wether it be towards the food portions being small/ cold or just the cleanliness of the restaurant in general and I agree, someone needs to makes some changes. There are plenty of other genuine Mexican places in oconomowoc that people will be plenty happy to go to otherwise. Hopefully this reaches someone that cares or at the very least gives people an idea of what this location is like.

Ordered food on the app. Burrito bowl can fill enough food to make 1 soft taco. Wanted me to pay cash for the chips that come with burrito bowl. Don’t get all ingredients in either burrito bowl. Taco was supposed to be hard. But came in soft shell. Manager on duty 10/20/25 at 8:30 was the one trying to milk out cash to make the order right. When she gave the chips to me finally, there were enough chips to make a 1/4 bag combined. I’d live to hear from corperate about this. Not to mention the 2 people working there. Manager and employee. Seemed to not be all with it. Possibly under the influence of something. Cause they couldn’t even get the order right for the customer that was there building her bowl in person. The photo was 2 bags of chips. Put in a small bowl the taco came in. Also ordered two bottles of coke and they were not in the bag. I told her they were not in the bag. They were on the counter. With our names on the bottle. Anther 5 minutes of arguing it felt like before I got the sodas.

I’ve gone there minimally twice a week for over 5 years. As a loyal customer I have really seen all the turnover and how badly this particular location is. First off, typically filthy inside no matter what time you go there. Secondly, they can overcharge if you are not paying attention and then argue about it. Thirdly, zero customer service. Loud music is playing which is disrupting to the customers usually at night when they don’t think it matters but they are open until 10pm and should be ready to serve not party. The blue haired guy which has named several times in reviews, is horrible. The final straw was when we were at check out and he was too busy on his phone to ring me up. I had to ask are we ready?! Then he rudely was like yup….and that is my final time at this location. The owner should be contacted through corporate because he’s hiring people who clearly don’t care about their jobs but yet are getting a cut and getting paid and the owner clearly doesn’t want to have standards. We now drive 20 minutes away to the Delafield location and while it’s not perfect, they have basic customer service skills. Smiles, interacting with you, have food ready to go, and a warm atmosphere not loud music playing. We will see what Chipotle brings in the next few months because Chipotle always gives outstanding service! A lesson to be learned, if you want to hear it.
