Absolutely unacceptable behavior from this location. My daughter was in the drive-thru ahead of me and attempted to use a free small McCafé coupon that was issued to her by the Johnson Creek store after they messed up her previous order. No one told her it was location-restricted. She ordered a small McCafé and even planned to pay for the extra espresso shot herself.
Instead of simply explaining a policy like professionals, the employee refused the card because it said “Western Wisconsin.” When my daughter calmly asked to speak to a manager, the employee loudly yelled, “Are you fing serious? Do you think I would lie to you? You can’t fing use that here.” I heard this clearly from the vehicle behind her.
The manager then came to the window, refused to let my daughter speak at all, snapped that they don’t take those there, and literally shut the window in her face.
The profanity, the yelling, and the complete lack of basic customer service — especially toward a young customer — is disgusting. If your staff cannot handle a simple coupon question without swearing and slamming windows, you have a serious training and management problem. This was beyond unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

This is the second time in the same year later shift either didn’t fill my order correctly. No one in line just 3 older ladies talking and instead of filling it correctly and giving me a chicken sandwich meal I get 1 less chicken sandwich and a small fry at the bottom of the bag and my kids happy meal rock hard fries. The first time my wife just gave birth and they were the only ones open again no one in line and completely botched the order. Not that it’s a crazy hard thing just complete laziness
