  EDIT: Their GM Jenny got ahold of me and was very apologetic, very nice and helpful about the whole situation. I changed my 1 star to a 5 after that interaction. Thank you Walked in, attempted to order but the guy behind the counter couldn't look up from his phone to notice us standing there. Waited 5 minutes and ended up leaving. January 5 2026. Walked in at 7:55, left at 8.

  Knowing they were going to be busy due to the holiday season l placed an order for three subs at 1:20pm, about hour ahead, to be delivered between 2-2:15pm. I needed the subs before I left for work so I figured I'd give them plenty of time and order ahead. My order didn't get into the driver's car until 2:30. 25 min went by still no order. So I decided to call them and the "manager" just said they are busy today and explained the delivery driver was on the way. I understand being busy but I literally gave the crew almost an hour heads up on the order. I live 5 min away and it took the driver over 35 min to drop off the order. Finally got the delivery at 3:05pm, basically an hour late which also in turn almost made me late for work. If I would have known this I would have just drove there and picked them up! Next time ill save my money and tip for deliveries when they actually decide to arrive based on how the sevice actually was. Honestly I'll probably just order from Cousins from now on anyway.

  It’s unfortunate this Jimmy John’s is my hometown Jimmy John’s. Every time we come here they are always super slow. Definitely not freaky fast. Ordered for pickup and they had probably 15 min head start. Got there and waited another 10 min. They had one person making sandwiches and two other people milling around. There were 3 people in the shop waiting on pickups.

  Delayed delivery, like so many others here, seems to be the norm for this location. Well over an hour to deliver a few sandwiches to a house under 2 miles away on a Saturday afternoon.
