I’ve stopped here a few times, and the service has noticeably declined over the past few months. My order has been incorrect multiple times, and during my last visit the drive-thru didn’t give me my Blizzard. I waited at the window while two employees walked past me without acknowledging me. There were no other customers in the store or drive-thru. I eventually went inside and waited about four minutes before anyone helped me—one employee looked at me and then continued their conversation with coworkers. I really love Dairy Queen, but between the poor service and just-okay food, this will be my last visit to this location.

Went there today for a banana split and they had NO BANANA, wow was very disappointed, so went to culvers.
