Ordered 5 bagels of which 3 were wrong. Just know that if you order a PB&J bagels it's from thier IKEA line of bagels. The jelly was supplied in packets and the peanut butter will have to be supplied by you. From when they first opened to now they have really gone down hill.

Good bagels but a poorly run operation. The service is terrible. They are rude. The inventory fluctuates and they don’t seem to have a handle on it.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and the bagels were moldy.
"Green on a kettle-boiled bagel is most likely due to mold growth if the bagel is old, or a reaction from oxidation or mineral deposits if it's a residue on the kettle itself. If the green color appears on the bagel itself, it is likely mold, and the bagel should be discarded for safety reasons."
