I took a chance today because I wanted something warm. I asked for a small hot white mocha, what I got was a small hot coffee with mocha syrup in it. I wouldn't be this annoyed if it wasn't literally on the menu. I also got a Ham and Cheese Croissant which was burnt. I think next time I will just pass. 👎🏻
