  So yesterday I go in, I LOVE Chipotle by the way. So I was very happy they opened a chain near my work. Its 1205pm, so noon on a Monday, Lunch time, right? I walk up to the counter, and two people are working, filling the food bins etc.. Nobody said anything to me like "one sec, or I'll be right with you". So I wait, I get it must have had a large order, and the bins got low. But then I notice two other employees eating at tables on their phones. So now I'm getting a bit perturbed. Minutes pass, nobody says anything to me, and they did see me. Still no acknowledgement, it was like they were upset I was waiting to order. Only two other customers were eating aside from the two employees on break. So it was not busy by any means. I got fed up and left. Cmon man do better!

  The restaurant was very disappointing. There wasn’t a clean table in the dining room. There were no forks only spoons, the workers were too busy talking. The food bar area was very discombobulated and had food all over. The windows had handprints all over them. There was food all over the floor. Had to ask someone if I could use a rag to wash off my own table. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Won’t be back.

  Other order messed up. Unfortunately you just eat the cost not the location. Won’t refund or nothing with mobile pick up. Missing items

  Never returning to this location. Place was out of multiple items (ie black beans) and was told I could have queso in place of it. Got to the checkout line and was charged extra for queso despite their offer- I didn’t even want the queso! Why volunteer this and then not honor the offer?! I never leave reviews like this but for a new location, the service is terrible.

  This Chipotle is clean, friendly, and fast. The food tasted extra fresh and flavorful, and the staff was great. They provided plenty of food. They also took extra precautions for my gluten allergy, which I greatly appreciate. So glad this Chipotle joined our community!
