  I usually order my drinks and bowls via app and they're always done on time. The staff working are friendly and helpful. Smoothies and bowls are delicious! The app always offers great deals too.

  Quick delivery and kind staff. Interior was cleanly and vibrant. Smoothies were delicious and they have protein options. Would recommend.

  Every worker in the store did a phenomenal job at making my trip in enjoyable and smooth I would give the service 10 stars if I could The workers who assisted me made it easy to customize my order to my liking even though it was a little far fetched. Thank you tropical crew I will definitely come back and even bring some friends!

  I had a very poor customer service experience on 12/15/25 around 6pm. The woman who assisted me spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was stupid for asking a simple question about my pickup order. She appeared visibly annoyed by my questions. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
