- LSLiz Suprise1 day ago5.0Thank you for the second time visiting making everything on point and quickly. Ate inside and ordered at the kiosk. Food was as ordered, frsh, delicious not overly greasy. Compared to some of the Racine locations I would drive all the way out here to have my food made right and in reasonable time.

I was given my order... fatal service by employee Kia. An apology won't make up for my lunchtime. 👎🏻

- CMC MApr 25, 20261.0Ive been coming to this taco bell for about 2-3 years now and always order 2 breakfast steak crunch wrap combos. Which is how I say it in the drive through. I did the same this time and the drive thru worker, a black women with red tipped highlights and a forearm tattoo (didnt get her name) asked me with attitude, "Why aint you lead with that?" As if I change the order on her instead of just adding on a side and drink. We go on for about 5 min at the screen about why shes criticizing the way I order and her denying her attitude and at one point I ask her to relax and she tells me, "Im a therapist so I know im calm, you might need some therapy though." Ive never seen someone escalate something so fast over a simple order. She is not drive through employee material, put her in the back or in a non customer facing job but in all honesty this taco bell would be better off letting her go.
