  I had such a sweet experience at Papa Johns Friday morning. My card got declined and I didn’t have cash, so I was trying to sort it out with my bank. The manager (I’m really sorry I forgot her name) was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about paying. It truly made my day. Acts of kindness like this mean so much she was so sweet and the service was amazing!🤍

  Worst location ever, had to wait for 20 minutes when arriving 10 minutes after they updated the app that it’s ready for pick up , the store manager was so rude and disrespectful she told me to have some patience after waiting 20 minutes in my car outside!!!! When I told her to not update the app until it’s ready she said next time she will cancel my order and I’m not allowed to order pizza at this location!!!!! Never in my life heard or had to deal wit such people!!! Customer service said we are sorry that’s it . Food is less than good I’m done with this location and will let everyone I know about it.

  On Wednesday, March 5th I placed an order for delivery to my workplace.Got a notification that my order has been canceled.I tried to call the store and was hang up on multiple times as I was trying to call, i kept calling back finally a man answered and said the store is closed and then hung up on me again without even hearing me out. I work at a hotel and I will not be telling people that come here to order from here. The customer service i received was just terrible. I called back and asked why my order was canceled all for them to tell me its canceled because we are closed and he hung up again. Not okay. A simple im sorry but we are closed would have worked. I would leave NO stars if I could. I suggest you spend your hard earned money at another pizza chain.

  Took my order quickly and accurately in a friendly manner. Pizza came piping hot and the order was correct. The driver got here fast. It was delicious. Definitely recommend and will order again!
