  I have visits this location in the past morning for the most. With good customer service, no complaints! Until yesterday night worst experience ever only for a drink, fries and a mc chicken! I decided to stop by before heading to work around 8:04 to be exact drive-thru was busy but line was going smooth. By the time I get to the 2nd window I was handed my drink and was told to move to a 3rd window to wait on the food. By 8:24 i decided to go inside to ask for a full refund. As soon as i walk in there were a bunch of young adults laughing, playing with each other in the kitchen and the place was dirty. Then I stop the "manager" who acted like I wasn't there and I explained the situation ask for my money back to which so careless she reply "that if I wanted a full refund I needed to go back to my car and bring the drink back" so I did cause by that time drink was flat and tasteless. No apology and nasty attitude that was my customer experience lol! I understand people don't take their jobs serious anymore but this was just ridiculous.

  My hubby and I had breakfast here. Two caramel frappes, I had the burrito breakfast (hot & delicious) hash browns. He had sausage,egg and cheese McGriddle meal. Didn’t have to wait long clean restaurant. Bathrooms were clean as well.

  The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Employees walking around not caring about anything, acting like they don't want to be there! Ordered Double Qtr Pounder plain with cheese and got 2 cold and seriously DRY burgers that had to have been sitting for over 30/45 minutes thrown on a bun with cold cheese! If you don't care about your job, DON'T WORK THERE! The manager who handed me my re-ordered Double Qtr Pounder acted as if the world was ending and was annoyed by everything! Absolute ZERO stars for them!!!

  Fool me one time, shame on you. Fool me two times, shame on me for trusting you to get my order right, and scamming me out of my food.

  They ran out of Sausage during breakfast because somebody forgot to take them out of the freezer. They dont like their jobs very much. Nor their Customers.
