  Pretty mad...I wait 30 minutes for my food (combo meal) I got it, my chips were missing, I called them back and told them and they said they'd have the driver bring them to me, I waited 30 minutes, called them again and they said they only had one driver on and that he just left with a lot of orders, I waited an hour and called back and the man on the phone said I could just get a bag of chips for free next time I go there or order online but i asked if i could just get a refund on it for the waiting and he said no because it was a combo meal, I wait another 30 minutes, I called again and asked what the drivers status is, same man said the driver wasn't bringing them at all anymore. I mean it's just a bag of chips but I live 4 minutes away and after making me wait so long for chips, they don't tell me I won't be getting them?! Made me pretty mad.

  I walk in the shop to get a sub before peak dinner hours on a Thursday and I’m told they ran out of bread. How does a sub shop run out of bread before 6pm?

  Ordered a chicken Cesar wrap today to be delivered. THERE WAS NO CHICKEN? How do you make a chicken Cesar wrap with no chicken? So disappointing!! I love those wraps.
