Huge shoutout to Lucas for the job he does!!! He’s provided me with some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. He meets you with a smile and friendly voice. He is patient, which is extremely appreciated. I’d recommend going to this location specifically for Lucas who treats his customers so well! Thank you for all you do. It doesn’t go unnoticed. I hope he’s in a position of training because he would be PERFECT for that. If only everyone in food service had his demeanor.

I don’t know I keep giving them chances. Everytime there’s something wrong with my food. The burgers be under cook and today after a couple of months I get a baconator. To my surprise the meat is done but what’s a baconator with ketchup and mayo 🤦🏾♀️ how do you forget condiments on a BURGER
