Why place an order online with "drive thru " option if later on we will be told that mobile orders are to be picked up in the lobby. When in the first place our order wasn't even made since the drive thru person asked (*snarky tone*) if we were even in the right location. If ya'll were behind & hadn't made the order than say that , instead of acting very rude in the way you interacted with my husband. We decided to order Wendy's since it's closer to home but next time we will skip this location.
