    Horrible customer service manager had an attitude the whole time, brown hair short girl. I asked for her name and she refused, definetly should not be working with people. Sad because I love jimmy johns, but will never return to this location because of this specific worker, I think her name was izzie? I heard one of the workers address her

    The food is great but if you order a delivery for a toasted sub, it’ll take over an hour to get to you and it’ll come cold. When I called to figure out what was going on, I was told “we’ve been busy” and then couldn’t get a refund either.

    I live five minutes away from this location and chose delivery so I wouldn’t have to go out in the snow. It’s now been 1 hour and 30 minutes since I placed my order, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I called the store for an update, I was told, “She left with 7 orders an hour ago, I don’t know where the driver is.” That was it — no apology, no attempt to contact the driver, and no effort to make it right. I understand things get busy, but simply brushing it off is poor customer service. This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from here, and both times it’s taken over an hour. Save yourself the delivery fee and just pick up your order. Ridiculous.

    Unfortunately ordered pickup via mobile and got home and the bread was rock hard. Really unfortunate as I haven’t experienced that before here or any JJs. It was way harder than the day old bread I’ve even bought multiple times before. Got a little John for my daughter and that was hard as well, luckily not as hard as mine and my wife’s. Sucks.

    Food was great and two of the three employees working were also great. The older third employee was cursing and slamming items behind the counter for the 20 min I was there eating. Not sure what was getting him so upset but dropping swears left and right with customers in the store was not a good look. Myself and the other customers were just awkwardly observing this until I was the only remaining... Again the two younger employees were great and assisting all the customers quickly.
