    I can see why there is only 2.9 stars. Sat in the drive through for quite awhile waiting to be greeted. We finally said hello, and someone responded- wait a moment. We waited another 5 mins. Nothing. NOT busy. One car at window and empty inside. Get your crap together or hire new staff

    Entirely TOO slow. Sat in drive thru for almost 20 mins waiting for a mobile order. Only two cars ahead of me. Happened more than once- do not attempt to stop here before work- you will be late every time. Will not visit this location ever again.

    I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location. On multiple visits, I was given incorrect change — short each time — and when I pointed it out, the employee became visibly upset instead of addressing it politely. This has happened more than once, so it’s clearly not just a one-time mistake. Additionally, the French Cruller donut I purchased was not fresh, and it tasted like it was from the day before. When I went back and spoke to another employee, they replaced it with a fresh one, which confirmed the original wasn’t. This location has really gone downhill in terms of customer service and product quality. The management needs to pay closer attention to training, supervision, and ensuring customers get what they pay for.
