  Rude at the drivethru. Wasn't given a total or offered a receipt and window closed in my face as my order was handed off. No "thanks" or "have a nice day". Clerk was talking on the phone the while time. Won't go again.

  Purchased two coffees with 4 sugars and cream. While drinking he loaded it with sugar untop of his bad costumer service. Young brother if you hate your job working to help serve other is not your calling. Never again am I going here.

  They take the longest to make a drink. At no other location do I have to wait. But at this location you waiting everytime!

  I frequent this location a lot since it’s right down the road from my work and I typically order the same coffee through the app. Large iced coffee with 3 cream. Simple enough to make but somehow 95% of the time the coffee is never made correctly. They always add more cream than requested and today they managed to give me straight cream with a splash of coffee for color. It’s typically always the same person who hands me the coffee too. Whenever it’s anyone else the order always seems correct but this specific person must be unable to read a simple order or does not care.
