  Only leaving 3 stars bc we have had good food and deliveries from here. Tonight was absolute BULL. I called in an order the lady kept saying the card wasn’t working (which there was no way, we just used the card and it worked). So we decided to pick it up. She said to hold while she processed the order for pick up. She hung up on me. I called back over and over wondering if our food was being made or not. After 5 calls someone picked up, said please hold and hung up. Never answered again. We went to the store and proceeded to wait in the waiting area. Nobody came up or even said hello though they kept looking at us. The phone rang the entire 20 some minutes we waited in there and every call was ignored along with the 5 of us waiting. We left and ordered Pizza Hut. So if our order was made I apologize but WE TRIED!!!! The delivery drivers are great but the workers inside need to learn how customer service works. I understand they were busy and can sympathize. But we called at 630 and just now place our order to Pizza Hut at 9pm all because we waited and were patient. We will be finding a different dominos to go to. I also see there is a load of other unhappy customers under these reviews. So I hope they can do something to make this location better. To add to this MESS!!!!! Now we are extremely upset. We will be calling corporate Monday. Our order was delivered after we were told that we had to pick it up because our card wasn’t working. We gave the card information to this woman 6 times She kept saying it wasn’t going through! And there is a minimum for delivery so we had to pick it up. Like I said, we ordered from Pizza Hut because nobody would talk to us in store, which doubled our payment using grub hub. It was $200 for our order instead of 80 for dominos. Our Domino’s order showed up and went through on my boyfriend’s card! So we have just spent $280 on pizza And cannot cancel our order to Pizza Hut! The only good thing about this was the driver her name is Denise. She is the nicest person ever So she got a nice fat tip, but we will be calling corporate about this nonsense.

  Dominos on Rawson. Ordered pretty late at night. They brought us the pizza or made it incorrectly. When I called to have them send out another pizza or credit me (paid for an ultimate pepperoni but got a plain cheese) they answered, put me on hold and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes. Its after their closing time now.....not sure if they are coming back on the phone. Not good customer service.

  I haven't had a bad pizza from this location and we've come here many times. Not sure what's wrong with the app though because it will tell me the pizza is ready and waiting, I go in, and it's still in the oven for 5 more minutes. I guess I'd rather have that than it be sitting for 5 minutes but still. They're usually friendly the place seems pretty clean.

  Deliver driver Aiden was amazing. So impressed the he offered change when handing cash. Keep the change sir you deserve that and a raise
