    The manager first shifts was very Terrible she start screaming at the dasher without any reason in front to the other costumers.

    The night manager seems to think that she owns pick 'n save and can tell paying pick and save customers to leave. Even if they are on their phone after making a purchase at the store. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys are tenants in pick and save not the other way around

    Great place to come to if you want the staff to curse out your family members for asking if their blizzard is almost ready after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru.

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The cake I received was not prepared as ordered. During my phone call with the staff, I clearly requested all vanilla ice cream in the middle, but the employee failed to record my order accurately. Instead, I was given a cake with both vanilla and chocolate. This was not my error, yet I was told I had to accept the consequences of their mistake. I reached out to the manager, Lisa Pope, as well as corporate for a refund, but because the employee did not write “all vanilla,” they refused to make it right and or refund me for the error. The lack of accountability and professionalism in handling this situation is extremely disappointing. Poor communication and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
