During my phone call with the staff, I clearly requested all vanilla ice cream in the middle, but the employee failed to record my order accurately. Instead, I was given a cake with both vanilla and chocolate. This was not my error, yet I was told I had to accept the consequences of their mistake. I reached out to the manager, Lisa Pope, as well as corporate for a refund, but because the employee did not write “all vanilla,” they refused to make it right and or refund me for the error. The lack of accountability and professionalism in handling this situation is extremely disappointing. Poor communication and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
