  Went here about a month ago and forgot to leave a review. Our server took about 20 min to get us drinks and then didn’t come back for another 20 min to get our food order. Waited about an hour for our food which was cold and they forgot my fries. Had to ask 2 different people to get the fries I ordered.

  We eat here all the time but this is the second time we order out and they only give us 3 small ranch cups for 50 wings! Just upsetting we spend so much money for them to skimp out of ranch dressing

  Waitress were sitting at table serving them selfs. Never saw a manger. Our server Ati by name tag was the worse. The lady with big tattoo on fore head was sitting at table on phone. If the heavy set older lady is not there I will take my order to go ! !

  I brought my family to this location at 5pm. We were greeted by the host immediately she was very kind. When we were sat, we were one table out of five that were in the entire restaurant. After 20 minutes of sitting, we were greeted by a server. And we ordered drinks. The drinks came about 15 minutes later we were finally able to order our food and we sat for an hour and a half without food by the time the food showed up it was cold and a majority of it was wrong and a half of it still was ready. We were told the kitchen was overwhelmed, which is why it was taking so long, but tables around us received all of their food and they were larger parties. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I do not believe we will ever be back.

  I came into this Buffalo Wild Wings, after placing an online pickup order at 6:05p to be ready at 6:20p. I wait and wait after 645 until 7:30 for food. To receive food and be told, I don’t have loaded tots, nor wedges. Okay cool, I get it- but where is the communication. Where’s the management by walking around to see the concerns? Ask two people for a manager- she’s busy in the kitchen and will be with us soon as she can. That’s another 10mins or more to then be told we have the food. Wait, what is it, do you have the food or not. So now it’s a 7min wait for loaded tots. Let be real team. How do we continue service like this? How do expect guests to fill? It’s hard to return to a chain restaurant like this.
