  Open and easy for busier times. Wide array of taco types. Not authentic, but options to explore flavor combos

  There are many options on the menu, including vegan and gluten free options. Service was good. Wait staff took time to explain what certain things were. It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere too.

  We went for the 1st time today. It is my birthday, we told them and they did nothing for me for my birthday. Nothing. The bowl of chips is small for 3 people. They are also a bit greasy. The salsas are runny so we aren't really excited about them. My son liked the cheese curds and his burrito but said he's fine never having it again. My daughter's order was incorrectly made. The server did not offer to correct it. Her Smashburger taco was good. Her stake taco was very dry. Black beans and rice are bland. Her chorizo taco was too spicy and made wrong. My Spicy Pollo and Pollo Verde tacos had a lot of chicken, smashed together and extremely dry so it was hard to eat. Very watery, messy. My order was not made correctly. Mostly mixed up mine with my daughter's. The Spicy Pollo taco was not spicy. Again, the black beans and rice are bland. The rice actually tastes like a cheap box mix from the grocery store. Dry & flavorless. Our server was nice but never asked how our meal was. He never offered to fix anything. He reached over our food across the table many times to refill water without asking or asking for the cup to be passed over. I think that's disgusting and rude. The tv stopped working and the server knew it, pressed a few buttons and gave up. He never tried to have someone else look at it. Finally another employee realized it was off and got it working. That was a good 15 minutes or more later. (That employee blew his nose behind the bar and never washed his hands before touching things around the bar.) I don't see us returning. I won't tell people not to go because obviously we all have different options, though I will share our experience and tell others to decide for themselves. We went for a late lunch, which ended up being an early dinner too.

  Dear owner, I have been your loyal customer for quite a few years, everything started when I used to live close to the water location. Now I'm in the South Milwaukee are and I have been visiting the Oak creek location for few years now, but I'm sad. My last visit was last night, food was excellent as always but service a management are not the same. I'm very familiar with restaurants since my sister owns a small place and I use to help her. Service need some improvement, now days is not easy to find great employees, but you can make them but with the perfect leader. Management is the most important key but having careless managers who only sit in the office or bar or a table and leave employees run the place is not way to go. I ask my server who the manager was and they said that "the lady sitting at the bar". In my entire time I spend in your restaurant for my dinner she never gets up from that chair. Just ask yourself How a manager runs a place just sitting at the bar? I will continue visiting because I love your guacamole and chips but I just wanted to share some feedback since I've seen lots of great places closing and I don't want this happen to yo. Thank you
