  Let me start off by saying I only come to this location out of convenience because it’s close by where my daughter receives therapy & I’m always on a time crunch. However, every time I go it’s barely 9am and they are out of french crullers. It’s happened at least 3 times. Also, whenever I go i’m normally the only person in drive-thru yet I am being asked multiple times what’s my order, given different items at a time and then handed someone else’s almost always even after giving my name. Went today and didn’t think anything of the way my drink looked but after tasting it realized they gave me someone else’s. This location really needs to do some re-training or hire different staff.

  Frustrated as I had a simple order through the Dunkin App: Unsweetened iced tea with blueberry flavor shots and two orders of plain bagel minis. Instead I received unsweetened tea, no flavor shots, and two orders of poppy seed and onion bagel minis. How hard is it to pay attention and read? What a complete waste of money. Next time I won't leave until I taste my drink and look at what is in the bag.

  Disappointed, my husband ordered his favorite drink and someone messed up the labels and he got a horrible banana favored grossness. He hated and was made cause we were already 15 mins away and he couldn't return it. Waste of money, the ladies at the window were very confused on what order it was. Ugh.

  Every time i come here my order is wrong. Then when they are told they have an attitude. I had placed an order for a sugar free vanilla protein latte they give me a matcha i tell them to correct it and when i get it its just a coffee with milk no protein no sugar free vanilla syrup. Then expect me to drive off without the other part of my order. Its not that hard to take a coffee order and make it correctly especially when im literally the only customer in line if i can give 0 starts i absolutely would. Edit:After tasting my drink they didn’t add the syrup in my drink or the cold foam either. I was so fed up with them i drove off before checking the 2nd drink this place is just absolute trash. With all the negative reviews i see they need to shut down

  I’m an old School honest person. I don’t believe in cheating your customers! So I pay good $ for my Dunkin iced coffee. Because 1/2 the time they put so much ice in it I get little coffee. I choose light Ice ….. First of all the lady at the microphone could barely speak English… had to repeat myself 3 times. Most importantly they wanted to charge .70c extra for light ice !!!??? To me this borderlines theft and horrible customer service too. I told the lady I don’t want the coffee & I won’t be back!! Clearly they don’t care about losing customers otherwise they would treat us NIce & be honest too.
