  I waited about 45 minutes to get my food that I ordered online and went to the location to pick up. I got my order and I should have checked it before I got home because it was not correct and I had to go all the way back. The person working the front had no clue how to do anything

  I ordered carryout and waited about 40 minutes for my food. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t justify the wait. The onion rings were undercooked, the fries were stale, dry, and cold, and the wings had more batter than chicken. On top of that, the wings were only room temperature by the time I opened the order. For a restaurant known for wings, this was a very disappointing experience. Both the food quality and overall service seem to have declined significantly. Unless there are major improvements, I won’t be returning. I would recommend saving your time and money and choosing another place to eat. Order number 1030014 Oak Creek , Wisconsin

  I placed an order for wings to pick up. The order was to be ready for pick up at 6:40 p.m. At approximately 6:50 p.m. an associate came from the back and yelled to the 8 plus people in the doorway that he has received multiple orders over the last few minutes with approximately 7 orders and that he was busy and we should be patient. At 7:10 p.m. my order still wasn't completed. I did not receive my order until 7:15, 35 minutes late. Upon arrival to my residence the food was prepped terribly and thrown into boxes. I received 4 ranch cups for 30 wings and 4 veggie stix. This is the 2nd time this location cant seem to get it together and cant prep food on time as promised. Terrible, there won't be a 3rd time. You would think that specializing in 1 thing, chicken wings you could be efficient and good at that 1 thing, clearly my bar must be too high...

  Good food, but they started charging 99c for Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Celery. It used to be free, and it seems like this is something each franchise controls themselves. Y'all out of your mind if you think you can charge 99c for celery.

  Went here about a month ago and forgot to leave a review. Our server took about 20 min to get us drinks and then didn’t come back for another 20 min to get our food order. Waited about an hour for our food which was cold and they forgot my fries. Had to ask 2 different people to get the fries I ordered.
