Order thru the app and you will be disappointed to find what the app permitted you to order may be out of stock. If so, the restaurant can't refund your non-purchase so they have to offer you something else to try to take the place of what the app permitted. You only find this out at the drive thru order speaker so you have to decide something in exchange (even if you don't really want it) then and there. And this happens often, not rarely. Save yourself and just order at the speaker when you pull in. Not a huge time savings using the app anyway. Knock on TB more than anything.

The second time the table was dirty, the drink station was a sticky disaster, pop all over the counter along with straw wrappers everywhere, my hard shelled taco shell was in pieces and super disappointed in the crunch wrap supreme, it was pretty empty I might as well have just eaten a taco shell.
