  3rd time I've gone here and the 3rd time they have failed to put the whole order in the bag. $25 for 2 meals and don't even get the food you paid for 🙄

  This is a Taco Bell I tend to avoid. It's very unreliable in terms of them getting your order right, sometimes even the hours they are supposed to be open. For example, today I ordered breakfast via the app, but when I arrived to pick up the order was told they couldn't do it, despite it being literally 10 minutes past the time breakfast had started (per their own website). I was told to "call corporate" for a refund. Overall not a big deal, but it's just annoying to have to jump through extra steps. It won't stop me from enjoying some Tbell every now and then, but I will definitely avoid this location. You just can't make teenagers care!😂

  Did a mobile order which was fine pulled up to the window to receive my order got a drinks in a drink carrier without getting asked which isn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was that when I handed out the drinks to my child and wife the girl working the window rolled her eyes at me per my wife. Also I asked if they added the guac salsa that you have to pay for the girl working the window said yes. My wife proceeded to check and turned out the girl lied and I had to return to the store. Finally home and ready to eat I went to eat my beefy 5 layer burrito that was the size of a cheese roll up. So in return my beefy 5 layer burrito was on a diet. There’s always something wrong every time we order from here. Fast food isn’t hard to work and it’s not hard to make sure an order is correct.
