  The McManagers need to make sure they include the cup with the order so I don't have to resort to going behind the counter to get it myself. Not going to wait several minutes after they've wandered off into the back every time I come in. Scold me all you'd like but this is a you problem and I will continue to get my own cup if I have to.

  I arrived at the location well before closing time but was refused service. The staff turned off the lights and appeared to shut down the establishment early, despite there still being ample time remaining to assist customers. It seemed intentional, as everything was closed down approximately 15 minutes before the official closing time to avoid serving any remaining customers.

  Just came here for a quick lunch and I am taken back at how filthy and messy it is. Lots of empty tables but yet couldn't find a single one that was clean. Plastic knives and napkins all over the floor. Disgusting...not to mention the kid that took our order couldn't have been more rude and unfriendly.
