Talking to them took 15 minutes for two sentences. Heard them state on the phone to another worker my food was already made but told me it would be another 10 minutes, when I gave them my fiancés name who’d pick it up, they said “damm thats crazy” because I have a female voice I assume, keep the food at this point. Sounds like they are nodding out over the phone.

Then they put garlic sauce on my pizza and I didn’t ask for it. I’m not happy with all this and if you don’t know, now you know you have to clearly tell them no garlic sauce at all in order for them to not add it.

I was frustrated at first since it’s always been delivered before, but I decided to reorder for carryout instead. When I went to pick it up, the order was ready incredibly fast, and everything was fresh and hot. The pizza ended up being one of the best ones I’ve gotten from Domino’s super soft and melty, with great flavor. I appreciated how quick and efficient the staff were, and it honestly made up for the delivery issue. The pasta was also perfect for someone recovering from dental surgery soft and easy to eat. It was a big help. Would be great if the app could be updated so it doesn’t allow delivery to my address anymore, but overall the service and food quality were very good. I left happy, and I’ll be ordering again (as carryout)!
